| Because all shredding is done at our Canton facility,
we do allow our customers to watch their documents be shredded. If you wish to
observe the shredding of your documents, you must first make an appointment. This is
necessary so that we can ensure that we will be able to shred your documents when you
deliver them. If we are picking up your documents, these issues will be discussed
while arranging the pickup. If you are not going to observe the shredding of your documents, you may drop off the documents at any time. We guarantee that all records are shredded before the end of the next business day. Once the documents have been shredded we will send you a certificate of destruction. If you watch your documents being shredded a certificate of destruction may be obtained by request. |
